I started Crossfit in November of 2012, after doing several bootcamps I wanted more, and wanted to try lifting heavier weights. I am very competitive, so I instantly knew this sport was right up my alley. I love almost any challenge that is thrown my way.
I am a full-time massage therapist and a mom of two daughters who took a liking to CrossFit at a young age, being they were always at the gym with me and they now participate in the CrossFit kids class.
I completed my level 1 training in November of 2021 and completed my CrossFit level 1 weightlifting course.
My favourite thing about CrossFit is the community and how it brings many people together. I love watching people getting their firsts or accomplishing something they have been working so hard at!
My favourite movements are: thrusters, burpees, wall balls and pistols
