GROUP CLASSES

The backbone of the program is traditional Ignite workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results.

From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

BOOTCAMPS

Our bootcamp is designed to push you to your limits, keep you focused, get you stronger and fitter - all within your lunch break! No matter your age, or whether you are a beginner or an advanced athlete, this program is designed to motivate and produce results.

FIT Bootcamp helps everyone reach their fitness goals. This is a high intensity, fat scorching workout that will push you to your limits. Circuits and intervals with guidance on progressions and loads.

Ignite KIDS

Ignite Kids is BIG fun for ages 7-12. This program not only translates to physical literacy, enhanced sport performance and fewer injuries, Ignite Kids also has a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

It does not matter if your child plays sport or not; this program is meant for all levels. Ignite Kids always involves a fun warm-up game, a new skill for the kids to learn, and then a workout. We teach the kids about nutrition, the importance of teamwork and we set them up for a lifetime of success in a gym atmosphere.

Ignite TEENS

Ignite Teens workouts consist of constantly varied, functional movements that deliver a fitness that is broad, inclusive and general and can be scaled for any participant at any level. This means that, for the most part, no two workouts are the same, so teens never get bored and the novelty of each workout and keeps them excited about participating. All of the movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly qualified Ignite Trainers.

When fitness is defined as broad, inclusive and general it means that participants will become well-rounded athletes who will be better at any and every sport that they play because Ignite Teens doesn’t coach them to be good at just one thing. With workouts that can be scaled, Ignite Teens can equally benefit a teen who is less active or an accomplished athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.

Ignite Littles

Why should parents and teens have all the fun!? Kids of all ages love Ignite! Introduce your kiddos to the joys of Ignite in a safe, low pressure, fun filled environment that will get your kids moving, build coordination, strength, and self confidence. We will meet your kids right where they are and introduce them to the fundmentals of Ignite. Ages 3-6. Inquire with us about our Ignite Kids Birthday Parties!

Functional Fitness Over 45

Are you over 45 and wanting to get more active?

We have the class for you! Our functional fitness for masters class is a safe place for you to come move you’re body and lift some light weights, all while staying healthy with a group of like minded people. Join us 3 days a week at 7am for a 1 hour group class that mixes cardio and freestyle weights into a fun, energy packed workout.
